Permethrin is unlikely to react to any other drug as it is neither taken orally, nor injected into the bloodstream. Take care not to apply any similar medicine to the place where you have applied the cream, as that could lead to a reaction.

Disclose to your physician about all the medicines you are currently taking including prescription and non-prescription drugs, minerals, vitamins and herbal products as well as drugs prescribed by another doctor before you order permethrin. Never commence any new medication without informing your doctor.
